When sampling this primarily Asian grown exotic gem, we put our heads together as to how to best express the subtlety of its beauty. Being very sweet and dessert-like in flavor, we thought it best to pair with our sherbet base, the sour and vanilla magnifying its characteristics in an attempt to make the most Lychee beverage you’ve ever tasted.
